Our Library: The Jung Collection

The Jung Collection

After years of hopeful discussions and planning, the C. G. Jung Society of North Texas established a lending library for people interested in deepening their knowledge of Jung and analytical psychology. Over a thousand books and periodicals have been gathered and placed in the newly created Jung Collection. The Collection is probably the largest collection of Jungian-oriented materials in the area available to the public.  It is located in the Eisenlohr library at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, at St. Andrews Drive and Preston Road. The library can be accessed on the First and Third Tuesdays of each month between 11:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. when the Jungian book discussion meets and is also open on Sunday mornings before and after Sunday Worship Services. People wanting to use or check out books should enter the church building on the south side and cross the quadrangle to the north building.   The First Unitarian Church is only a short distance east of St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church where lectures and workshops are held.
